Who we are
Alfred Pricing (“Alfred,” “we,” “us”) runs quote.alfredpricing.com, a Kansas City website that shows homeowners real window replacement pricing and lets them book free in-home measurements with independent local installers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address (optional), project address and city, and details about your window project, such as the number and type of windows, timeline and notes.
- Information about your visit: pages viewed, buttons tapped and the website that referred you, collected with cookies and similar tools from Google, Meta and Microsoft Clarity.
- Messages: texts and emails you send us, and whether you reply STOP or HELP.
How we use it
- To send you the pricing link you asked for, plus reminders and helpful information about your window project.
- To schedule your free measurement with the installer you choose.
- To answer your questions and give customer support.
- To improve our website and measure how our ads perform.
- To track referrals if you take part in our referral program.
When we share information
When you book a measurement, we send your name, phone number, address and project details to the installer you chose, so they can confirm and do the appointment. If you have not booked an appointment, your information is not shared with any installer.
We also use service providers that help us run the site and send messages, including our hosting, form, email and text messaging providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging and your phone number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in, Alfred Pricing will text you your pricing link, appointment confirmations, project reminders and helpful information about replacing your windows. Message frequency varies. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
- Click “unsubscribe” in any email to opt out of emails.
- Email team@alfredpricing.com to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it.
How we protect it
We use reputable service providers with industry-standard security and we limit who can access your information. No method of storing or sending data is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
Our services are meant for homeowners 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we do, we will change the effective date above.
